Wait, wait, wait, hold up. We've all heard that since Spider-Man is owned by Sony, he cannot be in the movies or even referenced. But, does that necessarily mean he's not in it. Well, let's look at it this way. If Sony falls through, rights for a Spider-Man movie revert back to Marvel. And according to the the new president of Sony, he wants to focus more on electronics and gaming. Meaning? That movies are no longer a priority for Sony. So much so that there are actually reports on the Internet of Sony getting rid of Columbia. So, what then, happens to the Spider-Man movie franchise? If this next movie is a hit? Then, the Amazing Spider-Man franchise will probably retconned into the MCU. So, by looking at it, wouldn't that make this next Spider-Man movie in the MCU until this franchise is rebooted and the next one is confirmed to be in the MCU?
