Rogue and Bishop's daughter would be called Discharge, and she'd touch people and drain all or some of their bioelectrical energy out of them causing them to either die or fall unconscious. She could then use this energy to extend her own life, heal herself, enhance her physical abilities (speed, strength, stamina,) or discharge it as various energy beams.

Just curious, do we count Satan's surviving a hit by Cell as legit? Obviously Cell wasn't using anywhere near his full strength since Satan would of been a fine red mist afterwards, but still..he did slap him pretty far away.
A woman can move a lot faster with her skirt up than a man can with his pants down.
Suffering is a fact of life. You survive if you find a reason to endure it.
Cap has jumped out of a Helicopter without a parachute as well and even cracked the ground when he landed with no effect on him.
Cap has also lifted large chunks of stone and thrown them a far distance and up two stories to hit a couple of gunmen.
He has also broken down a steel door with like three hits while wounded, not using the shield.
And on and on.
Cap is not particularly human himself.

It will change the way you view... well, everything.
Surviving Cell cannot be counted as legitimate.
However one can easily argue (as Siriel did) that the mountain hit was legitimate since it is his only durability feat.
I think it was merely a cartoon moment and nothing more but since there is no other instance of him getting hit by anything I have always excepted he can survive the trip and impact but ignore the fact that it was Cell because to give him the durability to survive a real hit from Cell is beyond reason.

Depends on what you mean by legitimate. It's outright said that Cell held back to not kill Satan as that would be beneath him IIRC.
However, he still slapped him pretty far away and into a mountain, as has been noted.
So, can he survive a full power hit from Cell? No. Can he survive being smacked several yards away into a mountain? I say yes.
He also took a hit from baseline kid Trunks, who wasn't really holding back as he actually believed the whole 'Strongest Champion' thing.
"I am Shishihime Ikiho! The legendary hero who has lived 5000 years!"
"That's right, and I am a high schooler who couldn't live alone even for a second... and is as cool as the devil himself."
i recall mr. satan can move fast enough to disappear from sight
Satan was also really close to some of the blasts in the Buu fight (enough to be somewhat caught in the explosions), etc. At least in the anime, don't remember if that was in the manga.
That's the point, Cap is Cap because he has the Super Soldier Serum, Mr Satan, is Satan because he trained his ass off supposedly, and just kicked everyone who isn't a friend or enemy of Goku's ass out right. He didn't make up the title of World's Champion, he was given it by beating up all opposers.

Yep.
Though to be honest I am not sure what this matters here.
Ah, that is cool.
I have a hard time remembering what happened to him... Especially in the Manga which I am not too fond of in the first place.
Still, the only thing that shows is being knocked into the wall.
As for the one about the explosions that is hard to say. I mean, he was clearly above the World-Level martial artists but he was nothing at all compared to any of the Z-Fighters. Not even noticeable. I mean, in the Anime (not sure about the Manga) Goku is saying there is a dog as an alternative being to fuse with... Of course that is silly but that is about how much respect they have for him.
Surviving any of them is not something that I am prepared to believe based on the way he is presented.
