Mr. Satan with all. Even without his feats of, say, dodging Buu (because Buu WAS holding back), his damage soak is too great for Cap to really do much too him before he lands a hit on Cap (and he's really, really strong himself). Ultimate has a chance, however, since he's, what, Class 5 or something?

Wasn't there a feat where Satan was dragging like..4 large trucks or something behind him, on pure strength? Is Ultimate Cap that strong? Considering I'm pretty sure a normal car can weigh about 2 tons, and these were 4 trucks. Otherwise I'd think Satan could fight all 3 of these versions of Cap at once.

If the trucks were rolling on wheels, it's not much of a feat at all. You could drag a bus on level ground with well-lubed bearings. Not fast, not far, but all you need to do is get past friction.

Satan wears Cap out, for being too damn durable for Cap to hurt, including Ultimates.

I mean Satan took a shot from *Cell* into a *mountain* and *DID NOT DIE.*

Yeah, I guess that's true. But he did seem to be dragging them quickly, and a decent distance.

As far as I know satan's Strength feats are.
Pulling a few Buses and ripping out ones back axis with his bare hands. Breaking 20 concrete slabs with one strike. He was almost killed by being shot however.

So he's definitely stronger than 616 and Movie Cap, but might lack the durability/soak? I'm not sure it'll matter - if he was breaking large amounts of concrete with one blow, he ought to have a big strength advantage. how's his speed and fighting ability?

Ultimate might be a better match - he's distinctly meta in strength, plus his durability is such that he jumps out of a speeding plane at more than a thousand feet of altitude without a parachute and lands safely.

Note: it should be clear by my questions that I don't know anything about Mr. Satan.

I recall Ultimate Cap lifting a tank and slamming it into the Hulk. Tanks are about 40 tons, right?

Hercule doesn't have many lifting feats but if you include all sources such as the movie, his feats become more spectacular. In movie 9 Super Warriors never Rest I believe. Hercule leaps from a soaring Helicopter and proceeds to karate chop a tower of breaking blocks with his bare hand in one strike. He's also taken shots from Cell and Chibi Trunks that despite their restraint but implied super strength managed to live, he as shown to be able to blitz normal human beings to the point of disappearing from sight, and if aware can aim dodge, and close incredible distances with his speed. It's widely believed that despite him being weak in comparison to Goku and the others, that amongst the normal martial artist in his world, he is and deserving so number 1.

I actually wish they would have developed Mr Satan more, shown him fighting more normal fighters and beating them in a manner we've come to expect Goku to beat Mr Satan.

As for this im not sure about ultimate cap, but I can see Mr Satan beating 616 Cap, and Stomping Movie Cap.

It's kind of funny Mr. Satan's actual first name as Toriyama reveals is Mark.

...And yet it's a rough anagram of Akuma.

If this was the original Ultimates series, Cap was just in a tank that was dropped out of a plane on Hulk's head. If it happened later it was outside of his other showings...

While he definitely sounds stronger, how skilled/fast/durable is Mr Satan? Does he have a respect thread or anywhere I can find feats?

Not to argue for Cap or anything here but pulling vehicles and breaking concrete is not super-impressive in comparison to Cap, depending on the pull-speed of course and the size.
I mean, normal humans have pulled vehicles is why I say that and breaking concrete.. well... Cap has done that.. with his head.

But beyond that, Mr. Satan should be fine here if you are counting the utterly absurd durability that is given him by his cartoony feats. Not to mention that his speed is definitely pretty impressive as well.
