    Default Takio

I think I would be angry if it regularly comes out on time, considering the creators' lack of effort to consistently put out Powers.

But seriously, the main thing that interests me about it is seeing more brightly colored Oeming artwork, but I'll probably wait for a few issues to come out to see if it drops off a regular schedule before buying in.

    Dynamite: Pathfinder
    Red 5: Atomic Robo
Marvel: Thor: GoT, JIM, Powers, Scarlet Spider

I read the original Takio book, and I couldn't help but feel that it needed to be a cartoon. Bendis really should get on pitching that to someone.
Why aren't you reading Winter Soldier? You should be!

Read reviews of Takio here on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Takio-Brian-Mi...6660375&sr=8-1

    Buy it. It's excellent.

I've been wondering the same thing.

Right now, we're scheduled to get Takio #2 AND Powers: FBI #1 in the same month (July).

    ....really?

I personally don't give a stuff about Powers, give me more Takio.

I take it people like BMB own stuff rather than his hero book with the exception of Ultimate Spider Man which he did create.
Animals sense weakness, sharks smell blood in water
Ishmael, Moses and Job, knew the divine order.

I love his creator-owned stuff, but while his Avengers stuff has been on the weak-side for a while now, I really enjoyed his run on Moon Knight that just wrapped up.

Going back into the past a bit, Alias and his run on Daredevil were absolutely fantastic.

Like em both. But the 12 year old I gave Takio Hard cover to loved it more. And Oeming's art is perfect for the series.
He and Bendis are A-list must buy creators)

HAve to admit..This is one of those series I can lie about getting two copies for the kid..but one is for me.

Just dont let the kid know you are reading it too...preteens dont want to like what parental units do.

Also, Loved the Rothschild character. IF you arent up on the history of that nefarious name..I humbly suggest researching the family..its good readin.
