"Kind of, but I've never been in a real fight before, just some sword matches. I'm really good with a sword. But fisticuffs? I fought a few bullies off, but they were unskilled," she admitted. "What do you think?"

"I'll tell you what rich girl. You teach me how to use a sword and I'll show you how to use your fists."

Having lost the notion of trying to keep up conversation. Casimir sat down again at one of the benches, pulled out a tattered book he kept in his pack, and started reading.

Eisen shook her head and smiled. "No, it's nothing. Don't worry about it."

"Alright, little miss. If you say so." Sloane nodded.

What an odd girl. Was she hiding something? If she was, he wouldn't be able to get it out of her. It wasn't his policy to ask questions when people didn't look like they wanted to answer.

She closed her eyes in a visible sign of being annoyed. Richard could see them, so why was everyone else having troubles? As for Sloane, his attitude was very familiar, although going a bit off-track in his theory. Add in a holier than thou attitude and he would practically be her sister.

"They're obviously not dead. They may be different, but they're just as alive as you and I. As for being in their good graces, I would sure hope so, considering we've been friends for a while."

Keldian shrugged.

"As long as they have a real effect in battle, doesn't matter to me what they are."
