Wave 3: Likely Cancellations, likely additions

I'd like to see

1. Someone new take over for Superman.

2. Replace Deathstroke's book with Deathblow. You wan't an edgy title?, you want a military book? you want to use your Wildstorm property. Use Deathblow.

3. Plastic Man - by Gail Simone or someone who can do some comedy.

4. Man of Bats or a Knight book. I loved these Batman Inc. characters, and think they would both have some interesting potential.

5. Shazam - this one is too easy.

6. A book that focuses on Tim Drake. I like Tim Drake.

7. A Booster Gold book. And have fun with it! Maybe have him still stuck in the old DCU or something interesting.

Gail Simone and comedy? Sorry, but no. She can't write comedy, but she can write funny moments.
You obviously have never read Palmiotti's Power Girl. That's a funny book. Or Ambush Bug.

The Savage Hawkman (Brian Wood and Kenneth Rancourt) - Focus on more of the sword and sandals stuff while also having wild space adventures.
Teen Titans (Brian K. Vaughan and Joshua Middleton) - Major retooling of this book, new costumes and direction. Red Robin, Superboy, Wondergirl, Kid Flash, Blue Beetle, Aqualad, Miss Martian, Zachary Zatara.
Catwoman (Darwyn Cooke) - Perfect noir type of book. She needs some real talent with TDKR coming out and all.
Justice League International (Eric Trautman and Don Kramer) - International espionage and superheroics.
Superman (Sterling Gates and Pete Woods) - No brainier for me.

Well with voodoo possibly being cancelled, and maybe blue beetle as well, the dc line-up is desperately in the need of racial minorities in regards to solo. So this is what I'd suggest

Add:

Icon (he's getting exposure in the young justice cartoon and needs to appear in regular comics

Young Team book (Batgirl, Supergirl, Static, Blue Beetle, Ms. Martian, Damien)

Hardware or Steel

A second book of wonder woman focusing on more superhero based adventurers

Wally West - Earth 2

And maybe a turbine book.

I'm thinking it continues on, rebranded with a new title like Justice League Task Force, or JL Team 7, or something along those lines, and then a shiny new #0 and #1 to capitalize on fresh eyes.

50 vc tokens on Team 7. 50 on a relaunch of JLI. 50 on any new JL B-team book.
