Marvel Teases "The First X-Men" For August

Jean was the first X-men , AvX won't be done til end of Sept early Oct , so I'm guessing she comes back at end of Act 2.

After AvX: The New Fiftytw..err.... Uncanny X-Men (Vol.3)

My comic book guy speculated that Marvel is going to do a 616 reset (ala Distinguished Competition) post-AvX, so just throwing that out there.

Very ominous, but since it's taking place before the end of AvX I don't think it's going to involve the major characters at least in the present. It could be a book that takes place in the past or it could coincide with the events of Xtreme X-men. But I think this may definitely be that X-men series that was rumored to be attached to Brian Michael Bendis. He is leaving the Avengers and having made his mark on that series, he seemed pretty interested in doing the same to the X-books. I have nothing against this so long as he doesn't affect how well Uncanny X-men, Uncanny X-Force, and Wolverine and the X-men have been going. I would definitely be interested in seeing a book like Avengers 1950s or something along that line. I would also love to see Charles Xavier finally get involved with the X-books again. He's been MIA since Age of X and given what's happening to his X-men, he should definitely play a role. After all, he did put the X in X-men.
