They would have to pay DC if they added the logo.
And the gist of the commercial is making normal people look heroic, hence the title 'Heroes of the bike-lane'.

She looks like a wrestler more than anything. Mostly because of that silver emblem that looks like those huge belts the champions get.

No link between this and Wonder Woman whatsoever.

I see the connection, Outside, albeit slight: bracelets, Greek-looking garment, headband... I would have thought the same thing.

There's three ways of making a generic female hero look.

    1. Skin-tight leather ala Black Widows, Cats, and Catwomen.
    2. Capes.
    3. Like Wonder Woman.

This one is quite obviously going route three, and equally obviously, not the other route.

Granted it is the most obvious of the four images I've seen under the banner, but it is a bike commercial after all.

/facepalm Thats not a wonder woman connection, thats a greek method of dress connection. You remember the greek & roman empire right? It was those empires that weren't fictional.

I think it's very healthy to have an active imagination, although I don't particularly see the connection to Wonder Woman either. If it's the pose, there are numerous other similar images anywhere.

I do. Do you realise not any wonder woman looks like the above image right? /fail.

I can be belligerent too. Fact remains that the above image looks nothing like Wonder Woman... Nor does it look like it was inspired by Wonder Woman.

Bragging about being belligerent is a surefire way to get me to fetch the watering can ;)

    Seriously, guys, tone it down.

I consider myself the gardener of the WW forums, but water is such a versatile element. Yes, it's great for making things grow, but in this case, I use it to put out fires i.e. delete posts and send warnings.

So as I said - tone it down a notch, please.
