Liked Rogue actually acting like Rogue and not Legacy. She Hulk out of order - if she isn't tough enough not to be scared of a mutant she shouldn't be in the Avengers. Have to admit I felt sorry for Falcon trying to keep the peace. As for Moon Knight and Frenzy - what a pair. Both the Avengers and the X Men should have a serious think about who they have on their teams. I always remember angel once threatening to quit because of Wolverine being on the team. How times change.

Blame Wolverine for Surge. He didn't want them at his school and it was his call. As for the rest, what kind of retarded law enforcement agency wouldn't keep an eye on known affiliates of extremists during a global emergency? If you hang out with former bank robbers while banks are being robbed, then curse your poor choice in friends.

How are they going to stop someone from taking "individual action" without force? If Rogue leaves how would the know were she is going, assume thast she was doing something illegal and detain her? If they ask she is not under any obligation to answer.

No one was being detained. It wasn't even house arrest.

I'm sure there were all manner of options available. None of which were followed through on because of Frenzy. The top selection would have been warning their teammates that another mutant was complicating things so they wouldn't be caught off guard. Three individuals with remote armor for backup is hardly an attack force. The school's stupidity in attacking She-hulk was magnificent though, considering her family connection and what happened to them the last time they pissed her cousin off.

Since when is being a idiot a requiremt fore being an Avenger, anyone short of Thor who is not somewhat afraid of Rouge or many of the people at that school would simply be a idiot, Only idiots and crazies are not afraid of powerful foes. Do you have any idea who those mutants are?

Little Indie could hurt She-hulk and fry fry the other two with a thought and she is not nearly the most powerful mutant there, Q could have them in a coma playing mid games forever since is is arguable the most power telepath on the planet. Iceman and Rockslide are indestructible immortals with huge amount of power.
