I was not at all impressed with his Nightwing issue, so I was a bit sceptical.
I do like that it maintains the JHW-style motif in terms of layout concept and construction but...why does he insist on overcrowding his work with all those arbitrary lines...(especially on the hands and faces)...that detract from the colour-work? It makes the overall look messy...when you compare it to the cleaner, "painted" pages

I really hate the DEO. Shadow bombs? Anyone willing to bet the next arc's fantasy elements are directly tied to this "Shadowland"?

The art, however, is fantastic. Some of those Batwoman panels look just like JH3's art.

And I like Sune but I hope there's more to her than just bows and arrows.

At first I though maybe DEO extracted it from that Shade fella, but you might be onto something Quinn, since WW guest-stars in #12



I expect lots of magic. It would be neat if JHW appropriated gothic style for Shadowland*.

I am enjoying the "CoO" I just hate when crossovers happen (with any company) that it adds nothing to the storyline. In all honesty Detective, Nightwing, and maybe TDK should have been the only ones.

Im sure the rest are too.

I loved how Snyder and Higgins came together if more crossovers were like that then I would be more happy.

Not liking the art here but that's no real suprise to me. On the other hand it could be much worse so I'll not complain.

The art looks fantastic, McCarthy really needs to be the fill in artist whenever Williams need to take a break. The story keeps being exciting, I'm so glad that this title is crossover free.
