Dust was Morrison's only good student. Which is why she is the only relevant legacy of his left. She is destined to the be the first Islamic Phoenix host.
If we can't agree that Glob is awesome, and that a being made of living wax is a totally viable outgrowth of evolution, then the creationists have won.
Who cares about unity ? Some "fans" I wish I'll never be in agreement with...
Pixie fans calling Glob Herman garbage.
This is some kind of elaborate ironic joke topic, I'm sure.
fringe element weighs in!

This thread will be remembered in the annals of X-Board history with the lowest taste of them all, right alongside the Colossus appreciation threads and unironic declarative statements of love for Fraction/Land's UXM.
I swear he was listed under the depowered list, or the list of NO ONE GIVES A SHIT ABOUT THIS CHARACTER SO STOP EXCAVATING EVERY DAMN THING FROM MORRISON'S RUN BECAUSE SOME OF THAT STUFF WAS SHIT HE ADDED FOR NARRATIVE PADDING.

You think Glob Herman contributes to the X-Ethos more positively than Fraction/Land's run? Good heavens, such polemic.
Quite the opposite. Compared to Glob, everything in Matt Fractions Uncanny X-Men run had deep, and metatextual pathos dripping from the scintillating characterization and deconstruction of the melodrama. In other words Matt Fraction UXM is Gold brick while Glob Herman is a dead mouse corpse found in a owl's scat.

Yes, Glob is better suited for an issue of Mad Magazine - but that's why I like him.
Just be happy that Slick and his externalized charisma hasn't made a come back.
