Sure Marvel want the X Men to fail that is why UXM is their best selling book and they have three different X books in the top 25 every month this is a clear sign of Marvel wanting the X Men to fail. Now only if they can get X books to out sale Avengers in the fall of the X Men will be at hand what a bunch of dumb asses. LOL

Ok, how do you get from point A (X-Books sell poorly) to point B (Marvel can reclaim the movies rights) ?

Avenging Spider-Man stories NEVER take place at the same time as main books, they are sort of like inbetween adventures that don;t get dated until brings them up in main book or event. To put it plainly it is like Astonishing X-Men, it happens but you can't really tell when unless a editor states it in a side note.
