Movie Captain America vs. Movie Bullseye

Movie Bullseye walks in with his movie gear, a belt with a bunch of ninja stars and not much else.

To start off cap has his shield.
Who wins this battle?

Bullseye stomps him almost as hard as comic cap gets stomped by comic bullseye.

movie versions Cap Vs Elektra might be a bit more fair. she has him beat pretty severely in agility and combat skills, but the shield would help a bunch.

Yeah, movie Bullseye was pretty crazy, and Cap doesn't have Daredevil's speed.

if I may ask what feats does movie bullseye have that are so above cap?
catching all the glass shows he has good coordination and reflexes... throwing the blunt club into elektras dad what a good accuracy/normal item danger feat
but aside from that I just remember him missing daredevil a lot and getting thrown out of a window nd barely surviving the fall.

oh I guess also catching the thrown dagger was pretty slick.

He seems to be a good bit faster, and a fair bit more agile than Cap. He also filled the air with dozens of projectiles at once (the glass that he snagged out of the air). He can play keep away with his agility, peppering Cap with stuff, and if Cap's stupid enough to ever throw the shield, the fight ends 1/16th of a second later (when Bullseye catches it and then kills cap either with the shield or with a toothpick or something).

He mostly has not doing that badly against Movie DD, who is pegged at bullet-timer speed around here, in H2H, so that would put him at least around Ringer speed. So, yeah, with projectiles, movie Cap, who is at best CBPH, is f***ed. However, turn that into a H2H contest, I see him winning via tiring Bullseye out and then one punching him.

He can really just ricochet and hit Cap with whatever, too. It's not like Cap showed feats of being able to block that kind of stuff in the movies.

He didn't miss. He was dodged repeatedly by a guy far faster than Cap.
