Frenzy being a X-Man makes no sense. She killed Sharon Friedlander who was a long time ally/member of the Muir Island team.

But if she can be on the team then they might as well recruit Bella Donna. Assuming she still has her powers.

And leave it to the X-fans to no longer be able to speak english after years of reading Rogue and Gambit mangling the language.

Just felt appropriate. And let's be honest with ourselves Rougue and Gambit will never work because of Gambits love for LSU and Rogue's love for OL' Miss
Well, to be technical, many New Orleanians cannot stand LSU, because they are Tulane Green Wave fans. During the last LSU playoff game, the bar around the corner from me was reserved for Non-LSU fans (as usual) and everyone there was tickled that the Crimson Tide shutout LSU.

So... maybe Gambit prefers Ole Miss.

Hulk hasn't actually spoken like that in years. Though the new Avengers Assemble series has him in that mode. I honestly have no frigging clue what the continuity of that series is supposed to be. It can't be 616. I don't care what Marvel says, there is absolutely no way it fits into the current continuity, at all.

He hasn't been an Avenger since #2. And he was still speaking non-baby talk English back then.

If you want though, you can bring up Thor's generally mangled faux-Shakespeare talk.

He's periodically gone back to that. But he hasn't been an Avenger since 1963.

A lot of writers tend to bring back old school Hulk from time to time. We saw it in Geoff's Avengers, Busieks Defenders, and Loebs Hulk book for example. It's actually pretty common.

I think there are some in-story explanations for it (his multiple personality order thing or whatever), but honestly I think it might have more to do with a lot of writers just wanting to write Hulk that way. It's the Hulk a lot of them probably grew up with, and I imagine is pretty fun to write.

The tricky part isn't necessarily remembering Mockingbird, but rather remembering that Mockingbird is from Georgia.

She's not from Georgia. She's from San Diego. She only went to Georgia Tech.

Yep, Bobbi is from San Diego, but her family moved to Rome, Georgia and she herself went to Georgia Tech. She's a Californian.

Technically, Sam and Paige aren't from the South either. They are from Kentucky and it didn't join the Confederacy.

Border states can be called either way, for some reason even West Virginians consider themselves southern, and the origin of the state makes that bizzare

Anyone who has spent any time whatsoever in Kentucky could tell you, that while they may not have joined the Confederacy, Kentucky is firmly planted in the South.

Just ask someone from there to pronounce Louisville, and then tell me they're not Southern.

If it doesn't sound like "Lullvull" then they're not really from Kentucky.

San Diego is pretty far south (as far as the continental US goes) if you think about it.
