Teen Titans reading order.

I was wondering if anyone knew of a Teen Titans v3 / Titans v2 / Outsiders v3 & v4 / Batman and The Outsiders v2 chronological read order.
I've searched but I couldn't find anything.

Gantz? Gantz like now is all the bad of the DC/Marvel... and nothing good. Even Naruto in his weakest days is still more interesting than Gantz. Yeah, the start of the serie is really good, but shortly falls into a gore and nothing more. And finally, neither the gore will be interesting.

DO Teen Titans v3 volume 1,2,3,4 graduation day outsiders if you want i skipped it, teen titans insiders outsiders, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and then you can start titans. Although just a heads up after vol 6 or 7 I don't remember which but Geoff Johns stopped wrtiting it and the quality went way down.
