She did basically get startled by a flaming skeleton jumping at her out of nowhere in the middle of a fight. While that's usually a cause for concern it can easily be considered self preservation instincts kicking in when your universe has the ghost rider in it. She-hulks feeling of guilt may mean Vange automatically gets her sentenced to manslaughter if anyone died but that whole "mutant power" battlecry is just begging to be exploited as a terrorist threat given the history of Blob Herman actually being a mutant supremacist allied with Quentin Quire.

But remember that there are the 3 palintifs in this case. Mr B. Hamil, Mr. G. Herman & Mr. J Keller. She might not have to pay Glob but she would have to pay Hellion & Match
