But this rod does work this way. Summon The Emperor's Dragon, Darth Vader and either Vader Jedi/Sith mind tricks them or force chokes them into giving you the cash. Or use other dragons like Bizzaro and so on. All obeying your every command and being summoned/unsummoned by you only.
