An attempt to subvert the pidgin English of LOLCats and give cats the kind of language they feel they deserve, Poet Kitties will update with new strips at least twice a week, on Mondays and Tuesdays.

I find these quite clever, Nitz. My favourite out of the three you've uploaded so far is the cat drinking from the tap, saying.. "The insatiable thirst for everything that lies beyond (...) is proof of our immortality".

Was wondering if you were using photographs for reference in drawing these strips, and if so, are these your own cats, or are they from the net?

Thanks, Mormel/CJ! So far, all these images are based on my own cat, Allie. I reference photographs I take of him as he does his various cat things.
