I thought this issue was okay, but the title does need a shake up at this point. Just doesn't feel as fresh and cool as it did during the first 18 issues. And McKone's art was just...alright. At least IMO.

Yeah, it doesn't feel like the hot new thing anymore. I think Wolverine and the X-Men has jumped it as my favorite X-title.

That being said, I thought this issue got stronger as it went along, particularly Logan's musings on himself and X-Force. Not sure where the Betsy storyline is going.

Old Nightcrawler and fat Wolverine made me laugh at the end. I wonder where Deadpool ran off to, I'm not sure if it's possible to escape the "cloud".

UXF, much like Excalibur before it, is only as good as the artwork allows it to be.

This story arc is nine issues long. There's gonna be several different artists. As UXF goes, the quality will fluctate depending on who's illustrating it. This issue is McKone, his flat, static artwork leaving the fight scenes flaccid, the character interactions lazy and uninvolving, and the overall story not that interesting.

Phil Noto is the next two issues. We should be in good hands.

Not as happy with this issue as others. I want Psylocke to get her emotion back.. Or even swap them for some happier ones. Sexually, she was always a horny one. But man Fantomex... just smh. He's like a puppy, always crawling on you.

I hope Remender picks it up next issue, My pull bin keeps getting smaller and smaller ^^.
