A Flock of Sheep.
A Pack of Wolves.
An Inconvenience of Heroes.
All I can think about is that old episode in which Supergirl had to face off against a tentacled supervillain who kept babbling about Unity.
...Wait, does anybody remember this?
Jeff Goldblum and his Mac book. Or someone plugs Marvin the Paranoid Android into a Geth terminal and let the Collective Collective off itself.
Though honestly, would this count things like Collective Unconsciousness, and other abstracts? Cause at that point, they're basically an omnipotent god.

IIRC, the aliens in Independence Day were a Hive Mind, and Jeff Goldblum managed to hack into their spaceship with his state of the art 90's Mac laptop. I guess in a hive mind, the idea of computer security doesn't really come to pass. And that they somehow were using MacOS.
