If I was judging by your precedent posts, I'd say yes but that would be a little reductive. Now do you have any arguments against the points I've made ? Not even the usual "It's not kidnapping if it's for their own good."

Considering the fact that Cyclops basically stated that no nation on earth can administer due process to mutants, he seems to feel he's got authority over every legal system on the face of the earth.

Steve can legitimately say he's a super cop to some degree (though it may not specifically justify what he's doing in AvX). I'm not entirely sure what authority Cyclops thinks he's got when he made those demands in his letter. But either way, Scotts demands seemed a hell of a lot more far reaching to me.

Clearly, we're over thinking this. The only two reasonable lines of thought are either "The X-Men are right" or "The Avengers are wrong."

By "vanished," I assume you mean "Got up to have a shower, get out of the house, pay some bills, pick up a mother's day present, do some grocery shopping, and then come home?"

So, have you just given up on trying to back up your claim that the letter "isn't in continuity?"

Because I noticed that you have yet to respond to that, even after "multi-quoting" me. In fact, you'd have to willfully edit out that portion of that post in order to avoid it.

What is there to back up ? Letter = Out of continuity. You have issues with words ? By definition, if the letter isn't canon, you will find no mention of it in the book so there is nothing to argue. Unless you find evidence in the book that says otherwise...

That's your interpretation. But since you aren't the end all be all authority on what does or doesn't count, an outside, objective source would help back up your claim. Something like one of the creators, editors or parties working AT Marvel SAYING that the letter is out of continuity.

XPac found evidence to back up his point. Certainly it shouldn't be hard for YOU, if it is so easy and there's "nothing to argue about."

I think he meant that Wolverine is the hypocrite, after the whole Schism deal to "protect" the children. At least, that's how I took it.
