No more Avengers? After a 200 mil opening weekend? Seriously please.

This has gone on long enough. Give the mutants their powers back and send them home. Put the Avengers back together to fight threats no other heroes could withstand. X-Fans happy, Avengers fans happy.

I don't know where the middle ground is because I don't even know what Scott and Steve actually have planned.

That's ultimately the problem with Scott deciding to shoot at Steve 2 minutes into the discussion. MAYBE if they were able to discuss what each wanted, the might fight they aren't that far apart, It's at least a possibility.

That's what happens when you shoot at someone. If only that shot hadn't been fired and if only the tried to explain each others positions then maybe it could have been avoided. But somebody got trigger happy.

The one with Black Panther as MWF was legit. I'm guessing we're going to have kind of a HoM revisted moment, then the Avengers will fight back and something more similar to pre M-day w/ reduced numbers will be around. Also there will be a definite divide between "good and bad" mutants.

look at Legacy a bunch of their Teachers go off the join the fight, and they act like the avenges are out of line for sending 3 avengers to keep on eye on them to make sure the situation doesn't get worse, they should be grateful that they sent Falcon and she -hulk [2 level headed individuals with respect for the law] instead of stark braking out the O.n.e Suits

My faves were actually the Fear Itself promos.

Ultimately we can't take them literally.

Still, to me at least they can be sort of interesting and fun so long as you don't take them too seriously.

Eh... I'm not sure the blame there rests entirely on the Avengers.

In the least, there's plenty of blame to go around. I do think the Avengers could have handled that differently... but the X-Men were looking for a fight there. Both sides were probably at fault for that one.

ok so what should cap of done after Scott shot him, Keep in mind had cap been a half a second slower he would of been killed most likley

If Sctt had taken the second though hundredth shot that he had time to take Cap would be simply a memory. If Scott had wanted to kill him there would simply have been a house sized crater were Cap had be standing.
