How did she survive that encounter with the fat Ms. Marvel, she has no powers...

Being a mega-powered super, it would be really hard to fight anyone who didn't have powers. I'm recalling the scene in "The Incredibles" when Bob throws his little jerky boss through like 5 office walls. I would think getting smacked by Carol would have the same effect on someone like Rachael without powers. But who knows.

After reading this issue, I think that its very possible that the new Scourge is Rachel's previously dead brother, Cutthroat. He's someone that knows Rachel.
