The entire marvel universe outside the X-Men last I checked. I mean, do you really think everyone's just gonna be fine with that when everything is said and done? Also, I'm not sure how cool Magneto is gonna be with that considering it's inflicting the same thing that happened to them onto others. It'd be like him being cool with the X-Men starting up a Nazi-esc regime.

I don't think he'd lose sleep over 20 or so jackasses being depowered, lol.

Millions got shafted thanks to M-Day, not to mention some died to provide corpses for Beast.

Cyclops little speech in Wolverine and the X-Men gave me the impression there is a very slight chance he won't survive this event.

Wouldn't be surprised if he died because of Wolvie, eh.

- Issue 8. X-Men realize Cyclops went to far. Bring the Avengers Back
- The rest: Avengers win. Yay </sarcasm>

I'm REALLY hoping I'm wrong but with this new movie and most of the writers being Avengers Writers I can't see much other conclusions than this

Eh, I don't really think the movie will have that much influence in this as people think, otherwise the characters from it would've have a larger role in it by now. It's coming off as an X-story since very little mention is made on Avengers's motivations or feelings on the matter beyond Nova's warning. Unless you count whatever's going on with Fongji in New Avengers (Which from what I can tell, is also making the X-Men be right about Hope), but that seems more about Iron Fist (Not in the movie) than the Avengers.

I think they may have doomed the X-Men's chances the second the reveal of "No More Avengers" was made, especially since things seem to be starting to fall apart for the X-Men in the following issue. One thing I wonder though is, what Wolverine up to at that time since there's been no mention of him since the solicit for issue 4.

Well, technically, the X-Men's chances were doomed, along with them becoming the "villains" of this event, happened the moment Magneto said to Cyclops "You're sounding like me now, Scott."

The thing that' bugging me about Hope's life or lack of one is that she sort of dissapears from solicits and covers. Considering this Event is sort of centered around her, you would think she should still be central.
