Being a Constrictor/Diamondback fan i hope hes not the new Scourge,Schultz has been my favorite c-list villian/hero and giving him a new costume and taking a name of a teenage villian is stupid.Oh well let's hope for a Cap/Diamond/Constictor encounter soon.

Why does everyone keep thinking she's dead?

She has no powers. It's more that she's a fun character during Grunwald's run and she can be very sympathetic as shown in Avengers: The Initiative.
Here's a BIG one. She's Cap's ex, yet she's able to work professionally with Captain America. How rare does that happen in comics?!

Hey, I said more in the earlier post!

She's the character few really trust, she's not the best, but she keeps trying to be a real hero, despite continually screwing up!

And she's fought the Black Widow before and the fight ended in an understanding.

Actually, if I were to take a guess, Constrictor is the new Scourge.

At the end of the issue, Diamondback and Viper (not the female one) are attacked, and Scourge kills Viper. Diamondback is on the ground and Scourge says "I'm not going to kill you....yet..." as he turns to walk out the door and Diamondback before she falls unconscious says "I...know you..."

I hope not. I would be devastated if Constrictor went back to being an out-and-out villain.

Thanks for letting me know Diamondback has returned. She's one of my favourites, as are all of the old Serpent Society. I'll have to check this issue out.

haven't read it but i want constrictor as a hero and having sex with a certain pink haired hot girl named after a snake from new york rather than a psychotic murderous villain i would so buy a diamondback and constrictor book kind of like hawk eye and mockingbird
