Help me find a comic book

I owned a comic book back in the early 90s and it was stolen from me when I was younger. I would like to find a copy of it, I know I will never get the specific copy back but it holds an emotional value to me.

Its been many years so I dont remember a lot about it but here is what I do know.

It was Spiderman, I dont know if it was ultimate, amazing or what.
It was a special double sided issue. You would have one side then flip it over and it would have a different story.
At least one side was silver foiled cover.
It would be from about 1992-1996(maybe even up to 1998).
I want to say that there was a spiderman with a torn costume on it but that I am not 100% on.

Ive tried to search images online but cant seem to find it. I am almost certain that if I can see it I would recognize it.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Well I'm assuming Nomad got it dead on, but if that's not it, do you remember anything about what the flip story on the other side was about, or what that cover had on it?
