Default I want to see the Avengers 1960s cartoons on DVD sets

now that Avengers interest is at an all time high, there needs to be a release of the cartoon Avengers series on blu-ray and DVD sets, preferably in a boxed set, people would buy it for sure- Captain America, Iron Man, Hulk, Thor, Sub-Mariner, and maybe Spider-Man in a separate set-- this would be great, and help introduce younger fans to the characters and satisfy older fans who grew up with the reruns of the original series..

Spider-Man was released a couple years ago. I think the Marvel Super Heroes stuff got a British release. Either way, there's no way it's going to introduce a younger generation to crap. They were terrible. No kid is going to sit through that barely animated crap when they could be watching Ben 10.

I saw those cartoons years ago, and I must say: the animation was pretty crappy, even by 1960s standards.

The animation was poor, but the music rocked. *hums Merry Marvel Marching Society*

i thought the animation was kind of like a motion comic. the thor one has an awesome episode where he fights herc.

young kids can enjoy these cartoons, my son did when he was like 2-4(bought the VHS tapes at walmart in like 02) and they did introduce him to the characters he's grown up watching movies about.
Mr. Backlund continued wrestling under the new gimmick of an out of touch, yet highly dangerous, maniac out to teach the new generation a lesson.[3] He often appeared in business suits, had a hyperactive personality, and used (or, often, misused) large words to sound important. He also demanded that he be addressed as "Mr. Backlund". He would only sign autographs for wrestling fans if they could recite the names of all of the US Presidents in chronological order

I don't know...I remember them being pretty terrible, and the new Avengers cartoon that's currently in season 2 is great....so I'd just roll with that one.

It was exactly like a motion comic. Or, rather, motion comics are exactly like those cartoons.

Why people keep making them, I will never understand.

    Those cartoons sucked.

The 1990s ones were good though.
