To an extant. I believe prime was able to avoid missile fire pretty well I think.
I do wonder how much Stark's laser will do to him though. Could be effective.

They were specifically vulnerable to HEAT rounds, large bore guns also tended to hurt them, Devastator was killed by a naval mounted rail gun. Etc.

Optimus is a Robot, im pretty sure he's no noob in the targeting department.

Ordinary bullets to Transformer's eyes left them blind. Attaching little detonators to their feet blew their legs off.

And, in Dark of the Moon, was it ever suggested that Sentinel Prime's blade was particularly special in any way? Because that cut Optimus' arm off. Unless it was stated as being anything other than a big metal blade, that leaves a big gaping weakness in Optimus' durability.

I don't remember Transformers being weak to regular bullets. Scorpinok was brushing off everything in the first movie until they used heat rounds on him. After that, they retrofitted all the weapons used against Transformers for that purpose. In the second movie, you had a squad of anti-Decepticon humans that worked with the Autobots and shared their scientists.

The only ones that were hurt by standard ballistics were the human sized/smaller ones.
