Default Movie Spider-Man v. The Avengers

After watching the Avengers, I was struck by how well movie spider-man held up against earth's mightiest in terms of power. How do you all think Spidey would hold out against each individual avenger:

Round 1: Spidey v Cap, Hawkeye, and Widow
Round 2: Spidey v. Iron Man
Round 3: Spidey v. Loki (villain interlude)
    Round 4: Spidey v. Thor
Round 5: Spidey v. Hulk (aka, how long can spidey avoid the hulk)

Which Spider-Man, Maguire or Garfield? Maguire could only win in a crying contest.
Nightcrawler, Jean Grey, Gwen Stacy, Peter Parker, Professor X, Mar-Vell, Richard Rider- Bring Them Back!!!

Wait, how is spidey taking Ironman?

Also with Clint's trick arrows and crazy accuracy round one might not be a breeze either.

    Round 2 terminated
    round 3 terminated
    round 4 terminated
    round 5 terminated

round 1 hard to say, should have given Parker the symbiote for round 1 atleast.

Also, Maguire's Weepy-Man has a different kind of spider-sense. For him it's a reflex, not a precognitive warning.

He got a warning before Otto threw the car into the coffee shop and got MJ out of the way.

I have to disagree. Movie spiderman is pretty durable, certainly fast enough to didge tony's blasters, and probably strong enough to get through the iron man armor. Movie iron man is not physically all that powerful.

Similarly, loki is certainly really tough, but doesn't have the offense to actually touch spidey (even with the glow stick of destiny).

I might be crazy, but I think movie spidey might actually be Thor strong.

Iron Man goes into the air and launches his whole Arsenal on spidey, how does Spidey survive that?

Iron man tanked a Throw from Mjolnir. Id like to see parker tank that. And I most definetely disagree with Spiderman being as Strong as Thor. if spidey was that strong, he would have only needed to one shot all his opponents in the movie.

If it's hard to say, surely that makes it a good close fight as it is? Adding the Venom Symbiote to an already close fight surely just makes Spider-Man the clear winner?

I'm afraid I agree... with the "crazy" part.

Remember, Thor stopped one of Hulk's punches with one hand at one stage. One of Hulk's punches KO'd a giant Chitauri serpent thing.

I agree with this. The only person who take him for sure is Hulk. Spidey had some ridiculous durability, and I'd argue that his punches might hurt Thor (this is up for debate). Even then, I don't see him taking lightning though so Thor probably takes it. It's a shame he hasn't fought Electro yet. That could have been a tide turner for him on Thor.
