Team two is pretty strong so I gotta give it to them. Some fights I would really like to see!

For some reason I got the impression that Thor was stronger than Hancock.

From what was shown, I'd agree with you... Though he can definitely move faster than him, and him no selling a train like that was pretty impressive as well.

All out brawl- I'm leaning Avengers here unless Hancock can beast Thor and Hulk. We never saw the upper limits of Hancocks fight or him actually struggle at full strength. So honestly, I think it was a bad idea for you to include him in this fight for all intensive purposes. He is seemingly invulnerable when his wife isn't around. And he did fly to the moon and back and survive in the vaccum of space in a very short period of time.

One Hour Prep- I don't really see prep making a big difference for either side in this fight

Thor vs Hancock- hard to say. We have no idea the upper limits of Hancock's strength speed or durability.
    Hulk vs G-Girl- Hulk smashes
Ironman vs John Smith- Ironman in a stomp
Captain America vs Nick Grant- Toss up. This could really go either way. I'd give Cap the slight advantage
Nick Fury vs Cris Johnson- Fury takes this. Its Fury I mean come on
Hawkeye vs John Preston- could go either way. I'm tempted to go with Preston, but I could see either one winning
Black Widow vs Morpheus- well in the real world Widow should win. However, if you are assuming that they are in the Matrix or Morpheus can duplicate what he can do in the Matrix for this particular battle, than Morpheus utterly stomps, and this would be a no contest.

Hancock might solo - he's got some legit blitz feats - when he was going through the bank taking out thugs completely invisibly, for example. Durability (and strength) are also really high - no-selling a freaking train was pretty impressive.

However, I don't KNOW that he can damage Thor and Hulk.

If he can't take them out soon AoE lightning will be devastating

Absolutely the case - he definitely doesn't have feats for durability to energy attacks at that level.

Hancock is as strong as Thor. Tossing a whale a few miles casually is nothing to sneeze at. Hancock is as durable as Thor. Hancock's love interest was stronger than him, but still couldn't scratch him. Even with that though, Thor is a vastly superior fighter, and in possession of lighting above the pay-grade of everyone else on either team. He might not realistically get the chance to use it one on one, but if he could just get Hancock off him for a while he wins.

G-girl was into super speed levels from what I remember. She also tanked a missile or nuke. I forget which. I don't recall her strength feats being anywhere on Hulk's level though. Given her flight, she could probably just avoid hulk until he reverts. She didn't need to eat or anything I think.

Smith is a high-end Bt or even a bit higher in his finale fight against Neo. He blitz IM, grabs hold of the armor, and keeps punching until he rips through.

Preston has better speed feats. In any quick draw Preston wins. I'd even argue Preston is fast enough Hawkeye wouldn't be able to track his movements. Still, the arrow Aoe was ridiculous at times. If an arrow gets off they're both dead.

Morpheus stomps. Window wasn't even peak human.

Jonhnson stomps. He dodges the aim of sniper rifles and beats people in combat despite having no skill.
Nothing tried is worse than nothing gained.

Also, I feel like if Spidey was in this movie he would have made things a lot easier for the heroes. Watching Spidey take on Loki would have been pretty sweet also. By movie feats and such, he'd probably even win. A scene with Loki screaming Enough I'm a God and Spidey just pushing him in the face would have been even funier than Hulk.

I sorta agree with you on the first match up. But for the second one G-girl is invulnerable as well I believe she can win. For the second match up John Smith takes it. He has telekinesis, he has the ability to produce heat and light from his hands and a resistance to heat and fire which is spread over the exterior of his body (Meaning that he can't be burned but could still die from smoke inhalation) and possess enhanced physical strength, speed, reflexes, endurance and durability. I think match five is a toss up. He could see into the future and pick a scenario in which he wins especically with the hour of prep time. The last one is the one that I would die to see! I believe Morpheus wins becuase he jacked in so he moves faster then her. Since she wouldn't be considered a program she wouldn't be able to keep up with his speed.

Spidey might get some funnier one liners, but you can't top Hulk Vs. Loki.
