My friend told me about Black Panther tearing out Mephisto's Heart.
I tried google and Marvel Db but can't find what issue or issues this story came out in so I decided to ask on this from full of my fellow nerd peers.

I believe its from the Priest series from 1998. Issues #1-5 I believe.
There are four stages of matter. Solid. Liquid. Gas & Don't. It's science.

It's from the arc "The Client" by Priest, you'd get a more exact answer on the BP appreciation thread on the Marvel forum.

Issue 5 of the first arc. You can tell in the book because the last issue there is a noticeable art shift.

My mistake then, it was issue 4, issue 5 was the final issue of the first arc where they had art change.
