Ultimate Avengers Omnibus

Does the omnibus only collect the 4 Avengers minis? And would it be worth buying? I read the first 2 but don't pick up 3 or VS, I'd like to go bac and read them but I could wait or comixology to price drop Vs and put 3 up if the omnibus isn't worth the $, I enjoye te first 2 series greatly though

Alright thanks, I'm just trying to find something to read, and that was kinda cheap in the omnibus departments

I bought it and I would say the VS is the best of the four stories. Millar is not near his two Ultimates run in quality but it still quit fun.

FYI, the VS mini is also being collected in a Death of Spider-Man Omnibus due out in November, which also collects Ultimate Spider-Man Vol 2 #15 and #150 to 160, and the Fallout mini. It hasn't been solicited yet, but it's on Amazon.

It starts out great and has some good ideas, but it suffers from a pretty big anticlimax due to lack of character development. The art is great for all but the third arc, so there's that. Unfortunately, it's all a bit of wasted potential.

The Omnibus collects all Avengers + Variant Covers + Extra sketches like character designs from Leinil Francis Yu & Carlos Patchero. It's big big action, with a nice central focus on Nick Fury, Hawkeye, Monica Chang and the Villains. It's such an easy collection you can enjoy it and share it with your friends, it's just needs a bit getting used to with it's status quo if you jump straight from Ultimates 1&2 and then you learn all the crap Ultimate Marvel had to go thru.

No actually. I think the first two arcs are INCREDIBLE. And as for the entire collection I'd say: IT'S WORTH READING and AS A WHOLE THE SERIES WAS PRETTY GOOD.
