A Flock of Sheep.
A Pack of Wolves.
An Inconvenience of Heroes.
Funny thing is, Thor would have easily destroyed Parallax but will struggle to put down Hal. I can't see what they can do to each other, stalemate.
I'd love to see a Director's cut where Parallax can actually escape the Sun's gravity. "Oh Crap!"
Hal's top speed is way above Thor's so he could make it difficult if he wanted to fly around Thor in circles and hit him from a distance with all kinds of imaginative attacks
but Thor has crazy durability, soaked hits from the Jotunheim giants and laughed at them as they butted him and laughed as the giants punched Thor in his face, soaks hits from a blitzing Ironman, takes repulsors into the head, goes hand to hand and soaks blows from Hulk, soaks hits from Loki's magical spear etc
Hal can't afford to get in close with fists or cutting weapons because Thor's hand to hand skills would be so much better than Hal's
His hammer is crazy powerful, it can not be lifted by Hulk (a class 100+ beast who one shotted Loki's invading monster from a standstill), the hammer broke the rainbow bridge (a bridge that would eventually have delivered planet busting energies to the ice planet) and Thor is fast with the hammer, it pretty much soaks, deflects, bounces all kinds of attacks in the Marvel cinematic movies
If Lanterns can cut through dimensions or open wormholes then Hal's best chance to get this with a BFR
ring out Thor with a dimension dump, it would seem Odin, Loki and possibly with prep time Dr Erik Selvig would be the only people who can travel between dimensions
but with both bloodlusted in the Arena of Khazan I would think Thor has much greater reaction time
Hal might have the better top speed but Thor would be so much quicker on the draw

Haven't seen Avengers or Green Lantern so I can't speak for the result of the fight, but...
Suffering is a fact of life. You survive if you find a reason to endure it.
Either way, it's travel speed for a different version of GL. Not really important.
“You know what the best thing about magic is?
Where in Avengers or Thor does Thor show heightened speed? Both Hal and Thor have the same amount of reaction speed.
I don't see Hal doing any real Damage to Thor, while I see Thor raining lightning and hammering away on the shields. Eventually the ring runs out of power...
