I love seeing that the Smallville comics are doing so well, but I hate, hate, hate what they've done with the release schedule for it. Each chapter so far has been a tease for what comes next, and the momentum seemed to be growing... and now it's taking two weeks off.

Would it have killed them to do it between arcs?

Maybe the assumption is that if there's no digital release in a given week, people will go and buy the hard copies... but I know Smallville fans, a lot of them will buy both anyway.

I guess we'll see the finished effect when sales for the second month come through. Hopefully they won't drop too far.

Craig I second your opinion on the Smallville digital release. I am happy to see the digital release do so well but its too early to call it a runaway success until we see how it did in print both periodical & collected.
Pull List: Batman, Demon Knights, Smallville Season 11, Wonder Woman.
