DARTH STRAT

Jay G: Starts by teleporting himself and his team 500m up in the air then targets Loki and ports to his location turning on the timestop function of his suit as he does so. On arrival Loki would be in his powers range and Jay uses his Bloodaxe to cut through all magic energy thats powering up Loki(which is everything including Loki himself) and his Zero Armor negating everything coming at him. With Loki down he does the same to Mc Ninja and the others until none are left.
Taken Out: Loki, rest of team

Multi Photon: High in the air she makes 6 clones and they all go into invisible light form and attack each member of the enemy team individually. They fly through their opponents and disrupt their energies cutting them off from it with prime Photon targeting Holocaust and taking him out herself.
Taken Out: Holocaust, rest of team

Warlock/Zatanna: High in the air they start by draining all the energy from their opponents with Warlock combining his energy manipulation and Starheart/Yadzi powers with Zatannas Disperse spell and they neutralize the enemy in one quick blow. Warlock then targets the weakened enemy with his matter erasing attack combined with the Yadzi gems matter manipulation to erase them from the earth. Zatanna uses her Stop spell to make things easier and then tears through them with her Chemical Z and Crimson Gem powers like she has done to Lobo until all are taken out.
Taken Out: Lil Strange, rest of team

Cable: Explodes Sinister on a molecular level using Superman speed and sending his body miles away in every direction preventing him from coming back. He then does the same to Holocaust, Evil Lyn and the rest of his targets.
Taken Out: Sinister,Evil Lyn, rest of team

Madame Xanadu: Does her memory wipe spell on all her foes and counters enemy magic while wrapping up any suprise attackers in the crimson bands.

BOB/VYCE STRAT

Loki- Teleports the entire team, minus Doomsday, Mcninja,and Holocaust, and including himself, to the opposite side of the Empire State building, where he'll immediately phase all of the team. He'll be prepared to Dimensionally dump anyone who grows near the phased team.

Dr.mcninja- Teleports ,holding onto Doomsday and Holocaust, about 50 meters behind the opposing team, then Targets Flash, blasting but will teleport closer if needed, His tech based scarab obviously being able to affect the Zero Metal armor, once Flash is taken out, he'll move on to blasting any other members of the opposing team, that are still in play.

Holocaust-Drains the energy of the entire opposing team, specifically targeting Multi-photon,Stryfe and Warlock, but will target others still in play.

Doomsday- Usues the entirety of his powers, specifically, his transmuting eye beams,, Vothoom Constructs, and insane strength, to target as many of the opposing team as possible,while the matter beam targeting everyone he possibly can hit, but specifically targeting Xanadu, Zatanna, and Stryfe.

Evil-lyn- Teleports the horde of Angel Caste Warriors, where her team used to be, who will be directed to Zerg rush anyone still in play at this point.

Mr.Sinister- Heads to the astral plane, and attempts to assault Stryfe, deleting memories and such, and then moving on to other targets.

Dr.Strange-Puts up shielding around the phased team, and then casts a spell that obliterated the moon on any opposing member still in play.

Swamp Thing-Manipulates the plants inside all of the beings who would have such plants, as painfully as he can.
Note-His plants that he manipulates have affected even Captain Atom

Part 2:
These events happen directly after the first moves finish.

Loki- Using CLAIRVOYANCE He'll dimensionally dump/transmute any survivors.

Sinister/Doomsday/mcninja/HOlocaust- Continue prior moves

Evil-lyn- Summons up even more Angel Caste warriors

Dr.Strange- Stops time, and d-dumps/transmutes anyone he can

Swamp Thing- Steals the minds of all opposing surviving team mates, taking them to some sort of limbo zone

Contingencies


-All team members will be attacking at there fastest, smartest, avoiding friendly fire when possible,
-All team members will use whatever methods possible to find opponents if needed, super sense, energy detection, etc etc
- We will return from D-Dumps, stop time stoppage, and generally return from BFR's if possible, either via Loki/Dr.strange, or another method, depending on the character and method used to remove the team mate
-Loki will use other intelligent spells than the ones described here, if his provide to be futile, and Mcninja will use Scarab's adaptive abilities if needed as well.
- If the opposing team teleports at any time, detection abilities/common sense will be used to locate and direct attacks in the direction of the teleport.
-If at any time Swamp Thing is destroyed, he will reform at the closest plant, including ones inside enemies.
-Scans will be provided if needed

Xanadu and Stryfe in the air? Won't they just fall?

I don't know how Xanadu is able to fly, as the Darkhold Contract doesn't grant flight. And Stryfe has "Superman" flight, but he is using "Superman" speed and can only use 1 "Superman" power at at a time.

Also, still waiting to see what this "Superman" speed is all about. Because I haven't seen any feats provided that show what the Space Whale Meat really gives you, just a quote that we're expected to believe.

Those issues aside, the teleports appear to cancel each other out, so none of the teleports are that relevant in my eyes (other than the fact that both teams gain an additional moment or 2 to start other moves - such as shielding and phasing, which seems to give the duo a little advantage, as does the fact that they've teleported to 2 different locations).

But how much power are we expected to grant a shield provided by mini-Strange? I'd kinda like to see an example of a Dr. Strange shield, which can then be watered down a little for the purposes of this battle, as it's mini-Strange creating this one.

Most importantly though, I really need to see why the offensive moves should still work, given that both team's targets have moved. Like energy drains - prove that the drainer doesn't need to know where the opposition is. Same goes for every other offensive move.
