I believe they have confirmed a GL Annual, with Ethan Van Sciver on art.

There's a Green Lantern annual with EVS like Jared said, it's supposed to hit after the Revenge of the Black Hand arc, so I wouldn't expect it in August. There's also going to be a Swamp Thing and Flash annual, both which I think MAY be coming out in August. Flash for sure.
