If you mean that DC/WB are sitting on their butts when they have great stories that they are not willing to explore or work while Marvel is doing stuff. Yes!
There are troupes similar to Kingdom Come in many movies it's true but...wait...It is only a matter of time we will see Civil War soon. And KC is Alex Ross' concepts really.
