Fantastic Four is ESSENTIAL to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Marvel's First Family has played a large part in so many stories, and it's not just that, imagine Reed, Stark, Pym, and Banner ALL consulting together on a large threat. Or, if you're more into action and humor, Thing vs. Hulk.
I'm completely fine with Fox owning X-Men. Surprisingly, they did a good job with First Class. I don't know if it's been mentioned in this thread, but the mutants work fine in their own universe. Add them into the MCU and it may seem to get a little too big.
Spider-Man on the other hand. I know this may seem a little silly, but I don't even consider that to be a legitimate Marvel film. Sure, it's Spider-Man, but since it's not made directly with Marvel, and doesn't tie in with the MCU, it's just...there. Granted, I'll still see it. But the fact that it's self contained is a little sad.
