And it's ridiculous trying to fit that book in with what's going on everywhere else within Marvel's current continuity. Also you assume people will *know* to pick that book up to get the movie line-up instead of the multitude of other books. There's a reason that's the best version and not the New Avengers, or the Secret Avengers, or the Might Avengers, etc. If you look at my alias, you'll know why favorite Marvel hero but he doesn't belong in the Avengers, nor does Luke Cage, Spider-Man, Wolverine, etc. Just get it back to the classic line-ups, i.e. anything before Disassembled.
No, it's the subject. It's stupid and embarassing.
There are better things to talk about, and certainly better things to get worked up enough to argue about.
If it's really important to you to prove that one of two basically identical companies is edging past the other in a meaningless numbers game, then your priorities are out of whack.

What's wrong with Iron Fist being in the Avengers?
He is a fun addition, and his issue of SECRET AVENGERS was kind of a masterpiece...
What they didn't say which should make all fanboys happy is comic sales is up 16% over last year and that is something we can all agree to be happy about.
Animals sense weakness, sharks smell blood in water
Ishmael, Moses and Job, knew the divine order.
Considering it's the only one that has the entire cast of the film on the cover, I have to assume even the unwashed masses will manage to puzzle this one out.
Again, how is this any different from anything else on these forums? You cannot seriously be lecturing people on what does and does not merit a conversation when you have managed to rack up nearly 7,000 posts on a forum dedicated to the fine art of people in costumes punching each other. It takes a certain level of blatant hypocrisy to come in here and bitch at us for debating this when you yourself clearly spend so much time on a forum that, when you break it down, doesn't add a single damn thing to intellectual discourse. Even on the scale of pointless crap to argue on about here, this ranks well above such gems as "OMD Crying Thread Part XXXIV" or "Why Geoff Johns could beat Brian Michael Bendis in a fight revisited."
Every single thing on this website is completely trivial in comparison to damn near everything else in the world. I've been an avid comic book fan for twenty years, but to pretend that any one pointless topic on here is any more trivial than the thousands of other pointless topics on here is bordering on parody of the fandom.

Go to ANY other thread on this site. Talk there.
Right, they wouldn't "Know" to pick up that book. It's not like it has the cast of the movie on the cover or anything. Oh what's that? It does? It looks like this you say?:
Ok, I get your point. But it probably has too many issues of bogged down continuity and.. wait what? It's on issue #2? Oh wow, that's new reader friendly.
But what about all the other Avengers books? Secret Avengers? Avengers Academy? New Avengers? Avengers? Wait, what's that you say? They don't have to read those? They can be fine reading just 1 book? Picking up any other book is just optional. Oh wow, didn't know that. Now I do.

Because it's stupid?
No, it's forum dedicated to COMIC BOOKS, which is an art form that encompasses a whole lot more than people in costumes.
There have been plenty of incredibly thoughtful conversations on this forum. And if you can't see that, it's on you. The hilarious examples you mention exist, but there's plenty of other stuff on these forums, and there has been for the decade plus I have sporadically posted. If you want to show up ten years late to the party and then insult everyone because you see a couple of dumb threads, again, that's on you.
But more to the point, again, arguing about sales is stupid. And embarrassing. Have some dignity.
Well, you're wrong. Sorry.

Oh once again, logic has failed you. Yes your arguments were bested repeatedly. And secondly, top 10 is not the most important stat. The correct answer would be money. Yes money is the answer they were looking for. Second to that would be sales. Yes, that is how business works.
Herpderp, posted in the wrong thread. Damn you tabbed browsing.
