After watching The Avengers movie this weekend, DC seems completely irrelevant and un-readable. We live in a new world post that movie. The new 52 is over. Time for DC to pack up and go home.
DC's fine and all, but to counter your point:
Marvel had 13 of the top 25 titles, 27 of the top 50 and 55 of the top 100 (With multiple non-Marvel/DC titles in the mix). Considering Marvel's overall showing in the top 100 combined with total market share, they're sitting pretty considering how many people were convinced DC was going to stay on top post-New 52.
Right. Unless you picked up, oh I don't know, "Avengers Assemble." Which has, wait who's cast on the team? Oh that's right, the EXACT CAST FROM THE MOVIE!! Know the facts before you post people.
Yes, the new 52 has already failed to give DC the winning spot, which is what they wanted. At this point, Marvel is cemented as winner in all things entertainment. Movies, Comics, TV, videogames, and most importantly, merchandise.
Prediction: Dark Knight Rises will underwhelm, turning in the least well received movie of the 3 superhero films this summer, with Spidey a close 2nd, and Dark Shite a distant 3rd.

Read it, understand it, then kindly retract your previous post. Thanks.
Is it really worth arguing about?
The answer is 'no".
I'm looking at the top 10 GN and Trades list and smiling.
