Simon Hurt. I just love the whole mythology behind him, and how he's really Bruce's ancestor who was granted immortality by a time-traveling Bat Demon that was actually future technology merged with Darkseid's tentacle monster after separating from Bruce in the present. Oh, and who later posed as Thomas Wayne and was treated as Bruce's insane brother Thomas. He'll always be my favorite villain of the last decade.
