Sorry to sound naive, but we're talking the same Dr. Phosphorus from the Starman series? I don't think I've read any Batman stories with him in them, but I'd like to. Anything available in trade? He's probably one of my favorites from the Starman series, but I wanna hold of voting for him here until I can read some Batman with him in it.

You mean, Blight looks a lot like Phosphorus; Phosphorus predates him by atleast a little over twenty years.

Technically, he's more known as Hawkman's arch-nemesis, but he did have his memorable share of swipes against Bats; Gentleman Ghost

............ no............... havent watched any of that show, or any modern cartoons really, cept the Solomon Grundy episode of The Batman i have to watch all my stuff on my computer so i only have time curently for Fringe and Justified (season is finished now) and going thru the series of the X-files

Ah, paranormal is often used as a synonym for supernatural so that's why I was confused.
