Courage is being scared to death & still saddling up.
When her clone April(Mayhem) showed up. Although I feel that biggest missed opportunity for the Spider-Girl series was Felicia's decision to tell Mary Jane that she was in love with a woman instead of telling her that Felicity Hardy is actually Peter's biological daughter instead of Flash. That would have been one of the most about stories of all-time for Spider-Girl if that was to have happened instead of what we got. Imagine if Felicity and Mayday realized that they are half-sisters? That was what I had wanted to see. Especially if Felicity began to develop her spider-powers which prompted Felicia to talk to Mary Jane about it.

I really liked the fifth issue when Peter Parker gained the Venom symbiote.
Spider-Girl #25: The Savage Six (Funny Face, Mister Abnormal, Raptor, Dragon King, Killerwatt, Sabreclaw, plus Crazy Eight): yes, done in homage to Sinister Six, aswell as Amazing Spider-Man Annual #1, complete with full-panel splash pages, superhero cameos, kidnapping of friends (Courtney Duran, Jack Jameson), battling the Six members for clues, and our hero's powers fluctuating on-and-off in between throughout. But yet, personal favorite page of all; May gets a new hairstyle!

There was an issue where both Normie Osborn (Harry's son) and Wilson Fisk (the Kingpin) were hanging to life by a thread.
In the end, one lived and one died.
But the identity of the one who died was not revealed until the following month's issue.
Spoiler:
As detailed in the following issue . . .
It was Wilson Fisk who died.

Spider-Girl #41 "Funeral for a Fiend"
The book was about the immediate aftermath of the death of one of Spider-Girl's villains, Crazy Eight.
Perfect humility dispenses with modesty.
Spider-Girl # 38, May's reaction to know that her parents still do it ftw
Issue #81 of Spider-girl as it brought back the old Spider-man foe Electro and even gave him a legacy character in her daughter.![]()

Covers-wise, I would go with issue #45: so many costumes, plus May; lookin' stylish and sexy herself!
None![]()
I like them all, they caught the essence of a Spiderman story would love to see her in the regular Marvel universe to team with the Avengers Academy or the New Mutants.

Loved the first what if appearance, that The End? followed by a new series was fun.
Kinda wish theyd Phoenix2 her to the regular marvel universe. But that would make her a completely different character since her world and supporting cast were so much a part of her appeal.
I miss Spider-girl, too. It would be hard to pick just one favorite. One of my favorites is May figuring out that Normie didn't really want to kill her. He was just clinging to his grandfather's legacy. She convinces him to call a truce and he becomes a good friend and Spider-girl supporter.
