dude, watch the end of X2 at the lake where they end up losing Jean. She protects all of them and sacrifices her life but does not want anyone going after her to save her. At that point phoenix force came out, you can see it in her eyes, and she takes control over Xaviers mind to talk to the team that she has to do this. Logan or Scott tell Nightcrawler go get her, he responds back she isnt letting me.

Oh that's what you're talking about, you're misinterpreting the scene, she used her telekinesis to keep Nightcrawler in place, he was still in control of his faculties, hence he was able to tell them that she was holding him there. She talked through Xavier while Xavier LET her. In all her actual combat scenes, against Toad, against mind controlled Cyclops, pinned to the statue of liberty with only sabertooth guarding, she never once used her telepathy in a combat manner.

Edit: To put it another way we saw how combat telepathy worked when Xavier did it, Jean never shut anyone down like that, or made them into unknowing slaves. Cerebro nearly made her pass out, Logan's mind nearly did as well, she was shown throughout the series as her telepathy being a distant second to her telekinesis.

1. I don't think it will be as easy as you think based on the movies he was pretty agile and quick. He was able to teleport in the mid-air to grab rogue when she fell out the jet. As soon as he appeared he was holding onto her and in instant they were on the jet again. With such precisions, Nightcrawler and Rogue would be able to take down the Hulk. As the Hulk reacts to where they're both are he can easily teleport behind the Hulk then Rogue can absorb his powers enough to knock the Hulk unconscious.

3. I don't think so b/c storm can cause a fog to disturb Iron Man’s sensors, a gust of strong winds could deflect the rubber bullets or she could create a tornado around IM and bring it to the ground where Wolverine could finish him off by cutting through his suit.

You are a non entity in this debate as far as I'm concerned, you have self admittedly not seen the movie, you are therefore incapable of making an informed opinion on characters in that movie. If you had you wouldn't be making silly attempts at counter points like storm being able to whip up fog faster than Stark can target and fire, or Jean being able to tickle Thor phoenix or otherwise.

if she can mind control cyclops then why the hell could she not mind control an opponent ? and stopping someone from using their powers, is tougher than stopping someone from using their gear I say.

She didn't mind control Cyclops, that's the point, do you remember how X2 went? Villain mind controlling Magneto, Night Crawler, Xavier, and Cyclops through some kind of tech? She was forced to block his optic blast, the feedback caused an explosion, which snapped Cyclops out of it.

still, if she can stop someone from teleporting why the hell cant she stop a human from moving around in their gear. I dont know why your having a hard time accepting her feats. SHe can also control objects with her telekiness. SHe had control over a metal object over magneto. I say she is powerful enough to control Starks armor. IN X3 when she was a kid she lifted up all the cars on the street without any force.

Wait, you mean when she ripped apart a 70 year old, wheelchair-bound non-combatant? That scene? And it took like 45 seconds? You are using that to prove... what, exactly?

Jean's problem here, in this specific fight, is that she is slower than Thor and Hulk AND has ZERO feats for doing anything that would cause either of them even light skin chafing. Their durability is insane - seriously, see Avengers before you comment. Neither of them is ever physically scratched in the film, by anything. She also has no way to survive any of their attacks. She has no chance whatsoever of avoiding a "Mjolnir knocked off my telepathic head" strike in the first 15th of a second of the fight. Or a Hulk thunderclap, or whatever.

Eh, Iron Man's not on my list of people who can solo this, so not much reason to get into it, however in a team setting, he is capable of one shotting them if they focus on the big hitters, but then, Thor can also pretty much one shot them, and he's so far above anyone on the X Men's squad its not funny.
