Except that I did not agree their chances went up. Because they do not go up at all.
Her existence in this fight is completely useless. It has no actual help here except perhaps killing more of the enemy in a best-case scenario.
Even if they take it down to just Thor and Hulk it does not help in the slightest. No actual chance of winning is created there.
Thor can solo this.
Hulk can solo this.
And thus, no amount of murder on Iron Man matters in the slightest.

If a majority of people are on that person its for a reason. If I claimed Harry potter was more powerful then drive strange a great many people would be on my case to prove that.
Secondly harassment. Really. Lets review. You are on a forum no one forces you to be on, on a thread no one forces you to post in, repeatedly making accusations of trolling when no one has insulted you personally. Harrasment?
I think the X-men can take this. Jean, Storm and Cyclops can pretty much when the fight by themselves. Adding Nightcrawler and Rouge to mix is icing on the cake.
Ok Deadman25, let me try it this way.
I want to see things from your point of view.
Lets say that Phoenix has BT Reflexes and opens up the fight and is actually able to take out everyone except Thor and Hulk.
Then what happens?

I go and make myself tea, and two pages spring up. Jeeze. You'd think the answer wasn't blatantly obvious by now. Deadman, no one is out to get you. We're arguing a point we 'know' is wrong. That's how debating a match goes. Morphy joining in doesn't mean we're out to troll you. Man.
I just went back and rewatched the end of X3 (my eyes, MY EYES!!!!!) and the relevant fast reaction scene is at 1 hour, 30 minutes. After Mags is put down, the army rises up behind Jean, who is looking at Logan and Hank. Logan and Hank start shouting "No, No!" but the stupid army doesn't listen, and they open fire with cure weapons. The darts do not seem to be bullet-speed - you can track their flight with your eyes - but they are quite fast. She catches every dart without looking (so it's not "aim-catching"), then disintegrates them. She then flies up and starts wasting people. So, looking at it again, you can't quite give "mental BT" status, since she never catches a bullet, but you'd have to give "mental CBPH+ / Ringer" speed. It also places her no faster than Thor.
In combat, her feated flight speed is pathetic, she shows no ability to dodge physically, and she shows no feats remotely approaching stopping inbound Mjolnir (which ragdolled Hulk when he tried it - the same Hulk that rodeo-grabbed one of those multi-thousand ton Chitauri snakes and dragged it out of the sky, the same Hulk that stopped/killed a moving snake-ship with a punch). He power on flesh never hurts anyone more durable than a baseline human, and never does it to anyone more than 100 feet or so away.
So - she's powerful, she's scary, and she does nothing whatsoever to change the outcome of this fight. She doesn't change the percentages - it's 100% Avengers. Sure, the squishies MIGHT die, if we don't allow for Thor to kill multiple X-types on his first hammer throw. I don't know why we wouldn't allow that, since Thor has exactly that feat in his own movie.
Actually, since she is not even looking it just further supports my theory that she was either putting up a telekinetic shield, or that she was reading their minds and blocked them that way.
Neither are anywhere near as impressive as CBPH speeds to be honest.
In fact, similar darts Captain America has been fully capable of avoiding in droves from fully-auto weapons, being completely surrounded. In the comics, I mean.

Well, it's just as likely that she's telekinetically in touch with everything around her, and therefore sensed the inbound darts. When she was a kid, she never looked outside when she picked up all of the cars in the street, and made the water in the hose float upward. And she wasn't just universally applying a lifting force, since the people didn't leave the ground - just the cars, water, etc.
It didn't look like the darts were stopped by a "shield", since they were all caught, and without breaking, diverting or smashing. They are at one moment flying in at a few hundred FPS, then they are floating in air, then she disintegrates all of them.
Hell, even if she caught them all by reading minds, there were perhaps hundreds fired inside of 2 seconds - that alone is past CBPH. Not physical CBPH, just that sort of nebulous mind-worker quickness.
