The problem is even just getting punched once by Superman is going to send Thor flying quite a distance away. Also, what if J'onn just chooses to shut down his mind? He have any resistance feats? I don't think Loki had full on mind control or anything. Then we have Flashes vibration trick, which might do something, then we have the fact that Superman most assuredly will not just be hitting Thor once.

Honestly, even Flash can do exactly what he did to Superman, grab him at super speed and spin him around so fast when he lets go he sends him flying. That won't defeat Thor, but he'll be thrown a decent distance away. Or just spin him around at super speed until J'onn mind screws him.

The most dangerous blitzer in this fight is neither Flash or Superman, its not even a person.

Against the Destroyer, Thor is completely bathed in his own lightning. Mjolnir streaks out of this glowing tesla, and strikes the Destroyer too fast for the camera to track. Who can seriously stop Thor if he chooses to fight an entire battle like this? Picking off mid level Leaguers with Mjlonir while in the comfort of his own lightning?

Seriously? You're going to claim that Mjolnir was going faster than the camera could track? I just re-watched that scene (helps to have bought the movie on I-Tunes). Not only are you wrong, you're seriously wrong. The first hit is easily seen by the camera. The second hit happens above the upper edge of the screen because the camera is positioned to show the effect of the hit as it knocks the Destroyer down, not the hit itself. Thor isn't hitting any of the Justice League with that throw. Even Batman could effortlessly dodge Mjolnir moving at that speed.

Also, Thor was pretty much dead and mortal before the bolt hit,so even if SUpes/flash can harm him in that split second, Thor will be completely revived, and oncoming blitzers get zapped like fruit flies.

Please stop trying to claim powers and abilities the contestants do not have. Thor was revived by a spell cast by Odin. We know this because you just mentioned that Thor was dead and unable to summon the lightning that revived him. There will be no revival when the Odinson is ko'd.

Actually, the taking Hawkgirl's mace strategy is a good idea. Though I'd give it to Superman instead of Flash, you get more bang for your buck and he's still someone who is faster then Thor. IIRC, it was implied that Asgardians were magical and their tech, etc. was a combination of sorcery and science.

Thor was revived by a spell cast by Odin. We know this because you just mentioned that Thor was dead and unable to summon the lightning that revived him. There will be no revival when the Odinson is ko'd.

Weve yet to see God Thor KO'd or even on queer street during these films, and hes noselled 400% charged repulsors to the face and direct punches by Hulk. His soak only needs to last the half second it takes for Lightning to hit and from there, Superman, Flash or anyone else are not touching him.

The spell deemed him worthy, it was the lightning that revived and healed his injuries. It happens two more times during the films:

1. After battling hulk and breaking out of the banner-proof cage he calls upon lightning to restore to full power.

2. After being stabbed in the chest by Loki's spear(Thor 2011), he strikes himself with lightning and gets up injury free.

thats 3 examples of the Lightning's restoration powers, which he probably wont need given his duro. As for the rest of the leaguers: Wonder Woman has been punctured by darts from Black Manta, Martian was taken out by a fiery exploding car, and all of them have been incapacitated by electricity at some point, including Martian. I wont even bring up GL/yellow jello or brutes breaking his shields.

A single punch by Superman will send Thor flying like it did his punch to Darkseid. You know Darkseid? He's the villain that Thanos was based on. The Thanos that punks the entire Avengers rooster even without the Infinity Gauntlet. This Darkseid was an even stronger version than normal having bonded with Brainiac. Superman send this Darkseid flying through several buildings. His speed allowed to instantly appear behind the high velocity villain and punch him to the ground. Thor has no speed or strength feats to compare to this.

Loki zapped Thor point blank with his spear. We know this because Thor has no stab wound while he is lying on the ground before the lightning even shows up.

Letter addressed to WaveHeater: It simply reads "I promised Batman to let Thor try and hit me. Superman".

Fight goes like this. Thor jumps to hammer Superman. Lightning strikes in massive 100 ft AOE. Superman calls out from 200 feet away, "Were you trying to hit me Thor? You'll have to be faster than that." Thor throws Mjolnir. Superman whispers in Thor's ear less than a half second later, "I'm not there either". Thor throws a backhand. Superman is standing 10 feet away shaking his head at Thor's pathetic attempts to hit him. Thor catches Mjolnir and calls lightning. Superman is standing 500 feet away and calls out, "Come on! I'm not even breathing hard!"

Thor then smiles and says, "I'll let you attack this time." He bathes himself in lightning and waits. Suddenly the lightning stops. Thor topples over backwards, twin streams of smoke from his head stream up as they reveal pinpoint holes in his head. Superman simply says, "Enjoy your lobotomy."

You kinda forgot about heat beams, didn't you? Even if Thor got your imaginary power of lightning healing, he can't heal himself if he can't remember how to call lightning.
