Earth 2: The Last Amazon?

I'm going with a hidden child of Diana and Steve Trevor emerges codenamed Fury emerges until I'm told differently. I really want to see another Trinity on Earth 2 comprising Huntress, Fury and Powergirl at some point.

Until Robinson mentioned "her" I would have enjoyed a male fury too.

We all like Donna more or less, but Fury is the one who needs the higher profile.

It would make sense that a new interpretation of Fury would have a mad on against Steppenwolf (and/or Darkseid). Looking forward to seeing this creation and the story of how she is actually the last Amazon.

Whether I'll like it or not remains to be seen.

No, I doubt they'd do that. I personally want to see what Robinson can do with Donna Troy minus baggage, and I kind of don't want to see a child of Diana that she didn't know survived. It'd be hard to explain. And if he's still changing up origins, I always had this idea that she crashed like Superman did in a vessel from the Titans, except on Paradise Island. And being Earth, I want it to be Fury by name. It's hardly a name exclusive to Lyta Trevor/Hall anyway.

Honestly, I'm just excited. EXCITEMENT!

I love them both too, but the original is the one we've gone the longest without seeing. That's why she's my first choice.

Of course it would be a different character with Fury's name. She could hardly be Lyta Trevor, unless Diana was incredibly forgetful and/or stupid and just happened to forget she had a daughter. Whoever this new character is, she'll be a random Amazon that somehow managed to escape the destruction of Paradise Island.

If destined to be one of those two, I would predict Donna Troy before Fury. But expect either one of those two to have NOTHING in common with their previous incarnations. They would probably share only the name and hair color in common.

PS: If it WERE to be a man, I would hate to hear some of the more vocal feminist posters to raise hell.

Which would be completely illogical, as feminism is about gender equality. Seeing as both Batman and Superman had only female legacy characters, it would be perfectly logical for WW's to be male. And a real feminist would say that it doesn't matter as long as the characters aren't dependent on their sex to define their identity. (Like female versions of male heroes are often criticized as.)

But I'm just stirring... I want it to be Donna Troy as Fury. They never said the Titans were dead too...

That "hell raising" would have more to do with the fact that in general the Justice League/Society happens to have more male than female members. Now if the Earth 2 Justice League/Society ends up trending towards a more neutral gender balance and then a male Amazon is introduced it wouldn't be as big of a deal. But odds are the introduction would just make an already unbalanced team more unbalanced.
