Bane wins both. Buffy is class 1ish with peak human-ish reflexes (catches crossbow bolts fired from about 2 feet away when surprised, pulls her foot out of a bear trap before it snaps closed). Bane is probably stronger without Venom and almost certainly with it, and he is in her ballpark for speed. Both have serious durability. Both are skilled fighters. Bane has a significant reach advantage. Buffy's prep consists largely of asking other people for help or what to do, while Bane is more of a planner.
