After reading Age of Apocalypse & Earth2,I was wondering what DC & Marvel could do together? Then I remembered my two favourite books from the Amalgam imprint Dr. Strangefate & Challengers of the Fantastic and thought how great an ongonig Amalgam comic would be and the fun of returning to that universe would be for fans.

Amalgam Universe
To paint comic books as childish and illiterate is lazy. A lot of comic books are very literate - unlike most films.
In an alternate universe my parents are Johnny Cash & Lita Ford.

I was a big fan of Bruce Wayne: Agent of SHIELD,Dark Claw, Bullets & Bracelets,and Assassins. So I would love to see it come back for a little while maybe get Donna Troy & May Parker in it somehow(not holding my breath)but you never know.

I blogged about the Amalgam Universe over on Manic Expression as part of my Fanfic Subgenres sub-series.
In my blog, I stated that I wouldn't recommend the Amalgam comic books to those who aren't VERY familiar with both DC and Marvel characters and concepts, because they're basically in-jokes for dedicated fans. The references will be confusing to those who don't know about the original characters the Amalgam characters come from. I wrote this blog months ago, and I pretty much stand by it.
