And Whedon kept getting focused on it too! I hate when directors don't show women's behind. Whedon knew what we wanted to see. lol

About Loki: I think he was just there for diversion and augment the stress level generated by his scepter when he was at the base. But I do wish he would have had a greater hand at controling and manipulating Hulk. It would have been something to have at least one scene of Hulk vs the Avengers.

Oh, I'm sure that was just a coincidence. He's a feminist, you see...

They got smaller when she slimmed down and toned up to play Widow. In her leaked picks, to my surprise, her behind was more spectacular than her front.

Battlfield Earth had them put a nuke on a teleporter and blow up the alien planet. That was way more stupid.
Avengers ending more like ID4 and Revenge of the Fallen combined, but managed to be less stupid than either.

It´s comments like these that make me wonder why so many guys don´t want to see superheroine movies and would rather see big muscular men in tights flexing.

Even if they have trouble emotionally connecting with a female lead (I can see little pre-pubescent boys saying such a thing, but grownup men?), you´d think they would at least look forward to the sight of an attractive woman bouncing around in a tight suit.

    Me?
I am just crossing my fingers hoping they´ll introduce Ms Marvel in the next instalment.

The shawarma scene is hysterical, but it also perfectly encapsulates the Avengers. They're superheroes, but at the same time, they're people like you and me (Well Thor's from Asgard but you know what I mean). They sit around and grab a bite to eat together. It was so human.

I thought it was hilarious *how* Thor was eating. It's almost like he's trying *very* hard to set aside his Asgardian dining habits (which I imagine to be a bit more rough and ready than standard American dining habits) and eat politely by American standards.

Banner seemed to be the one guy who actually, genuinely enjoyed the food (Hulk never has been a picky eater).

Totally agree. They may have super powers or super human abilities but they have to eat to and after a fight like that they had to be pretty hungry and the fact they were just sitting there eating slowly and quietly just made it even funnier. I was hoping the post credits scene there would be something about Thanos or something to do with Thor and Loki but the Shawarma scene was perfect, totally worth sitting through the credits for.

Considering that they shot that new footage just after their red carpet walk , not too bad since it was a last minute scene.

I can find attractive women in a tight suit everywhere on the internet, I do not need to watch a movie with a female action lead for that. Do not get me wrong, I enjoyed watching Scarlett Johansson in a tight suit (and Cobie Smulders in her uniform and Gwynneth Paltrow in shorts ), but this is not enough to make me interested into watching a solo action movie with one of then.

I was referring to the forest scene and the Hulk and Widow in the Helicarrier. In other 3D movies I've seen, those type of scenes are usually harder to see. Like the Frost Giant world in Thor.
Maybe if I see it again I'll opt for 3D.
